Instructions without electronics or electrics
Memory reminder: I live in a house
with two floors, on the ground floor
is the kitchen and the living room
and on the 1st floor is my bedroom
and my study. Now I have often
forgotten to take something up
from below (e.g.
a thermos with hot coffee)

or take something downstairs (e.g. an empty thermos with no coffee). In order to help my memory on the jumps I came up with this reminder.
When I think of something, I write it down on a standard sticky note and stick it in the reminder. When I then leave the room, the reminder
is hanging on the door handle and I notice that. Now just pull out the note and I have all the memories at hand.
The memory reminder is very easy to craft. It consists of only two parts, the main part with a hanging device and a sheet that is connected to
the main part with staples. You can find the templates as a PDF document on this website. After the template has been printed out, it only
has to be stuck onto a box (the empty packaging of a ready-made pizza or an empty box from a mail order company is sufficient). You can also
laminate the paper (I recommend hot lamination) and then attach the second paper to the front with three (or more) staples. Before clipping,
place a few sheets of paper (approx. 6 pieces) or a piece of cardboard between the front and back so that there is a certain distance. Then
the paper can be pushed in better later. You can also use transparent foil here, as can be seen in prototypes 1 and 2. An electronic version is
still being worked on.
